Return and refund policy

1. General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return :

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Clearance or final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”

  • Assembled or installed furniture that cannot be disassembled safely.

3. Return Process

    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions

  3. Return Shipping

    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (eg, wrong item shipped or defective product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

4. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees (Standard or Express) are non-refundable , unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations
  • Orders may be canceled free of charge if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, it must be handled as a return according to the conditions above.
