Each Ponderosa pine shelf is unique in color and grain, so the shelves you receive may differ slightly from those picturedthis is the charm of real wood, as no two pieces are exactly alike. Use wall anchors only for hollow wall applications; they are not needed if the flanges are attached directly into studs. Shelves are weight-tested to hold 50 lbs. of evenly distributed weight per shelf when wall anchors are used in drywall.
